Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at Scentualmagic00@gmail.com or you can contact on Whatsapp within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accompanying materials (e.g., labels, tags, or free gifts).
3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
• Items purchased during sales or promotions may be final sale and ineligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
